Q3 Triumphs: On the Move and Ready for More

2024 has been an incredible year so far, and I couldn’t be more proud of the work we’ve done together. I’ve had the privilege of completing 57 transactions—helping 35 amazing buyers find their dream homes and working with 22 fantastic sellers, including 4 off-market sales! 🎉


This year, I also launched a new adventure—starting an Airbnb at Moss Beach, a stunning ocean-view retreat. 🌊 It’s been such a rewarding experience and an exciting new chapter.


I’m so grateful to have a strong team behind me, which allows me to fully dedicate myself to each client. I personally take each client to visit homes and ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve throughout the entire process. It’s this level of dedication and teamwork that makes our success possible.


The hard work, dedication, and care we put into every deal have really paid off, and I’m beyond thankful for the trust my clients have placed in me. 💖 The end of Q3 saw a real surge in activity, especially with the Fed’s recent rate cuts making the market buzz again. 📉 As rates ease up, things are picking up speed, and I expect even more excitement heading into the rest of the year and 2025!
